Good to go alongside our heavy Indian meals

I prefer this mix after my heaviest meal - lunch. In general, Indian meals are quite satiating - it's a long way down for those carbs! We usually crave water immediately after. Sipping a cup of this takes care of thirst and helps in digestion.
